Being a huge fan of the Velvet Underground and '70s NYC trash I was astounded when asked to review this animated feature; how on earth had I missed a film that features a soundtrack performed by Lou Reed, Iggy Pop and Blondie's Debbie Harry?

DVD Extras: The disc features a nice selection of extras including a director's commentary, an exhaustive making of documentary featuring interviews with Reed, Pop and Harry shot during the film's production. You also get a character sketch gallery and liner notes by Peter Roe.
